Reading: Joe Jones by Anne Lamott
One of my favorite authors, Lamott originally wrote this book in 1985. It went out of print and was recently published again after a rewrite. It’s the story of a group of people whose lives center around a rundown cafe on the waterfront in Marin (Sausalito? Tiberon?). The central character, Louise, holds the group together and in doing so finally resolves her break-up with Joe Jones....
